SALISBURY, Md. - Recreational cannabis is approaching a $1 billion dollar industry in Maryland. Now, the state is tasking counties with determining regulations for social cannabis chambers. These establishments provide a space for adults to consume cannabis in a social setting, similar to a bar or lounge.
