The legalization in Massachusetts of recreational marijuana use, starting December 15, doesn't mean that every Terrier will now be able to set up a cannabis farm in their dorm room. While the laws have changed in some states, there are still regulations in place, especially when it comes to growing and using marijuana on college campuses.
