Twenty-two states – along with Washington, D.C. and Guam – have acted to legalize recreational marijuana, making it a multibillion-dollar industry. And more states, such as Florida, Minnesota, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, could soon follow suit, legalizing weed for both medical and recreational use.

However, while the trend of states with legal weed is growing, it's not without controversy. Some public health experts have expressed concerns that the legal of marijuana could fuel a rise in the use of tobacco products. Additionally, a new survey paints a bleak picture for the traditional pot dealer in legal states.

Delaware recently legalize marijuana but will take longer than other states to roll out legal weed sales. Meanwhile, Minnesota stood on the edge of joining the nearly two dozen states with legal marijuana after the House voted 73-57 Thursday night to pass a bill legalizing recreational use. A Senate vote could come Friday, potentially sending the marijuana bill to the governor's desk by the weekend.

Florida voters could decide as soon as next year if they want to legalize marijuana for recreational use. But Florida's attorney general is pushing back, warning that such a move could lead to more crime and drug abuse.

Marijuana is a multibillion-dollar industry, and more states, such as Florida, Minnesota, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, could soon legalize weed. In fact, Minnesota is on the verge of becoming the 23rd state in the U.S. to allow the production, sale, and use of marijuana for recreational uses.

The legal of marijuana has been a hotly debated issue, with supporters arguing that it's a safer alternative to alcohol and can offer medical benefits. Opponents, however, worry about the impact on public safety and the potential for drug abuse.

While some public health experts have expressed concerns that the legal of marijuana could fuel a rise in the use of tobacco products, others argue that the opposite may be true. In states with legal weed, there has been a decrease in cigarette smoking and an increase in e-cigarette use.

One of the biggest concerns with the legal of marijuana is the impact on the traditional pot dealer. A new survey by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration found that the number of people buying marijuana from a dealer has dropped significantly in states with legal weed. In fact, only 17.4% of marijuana users in legal states reported buying from a dealer, compared to 51% in states where marijuana is illegal.

In conclusion, the trend of states with legal weed is growing, with more and more states legalizing both medical and recreational use. However, it's not without controversy, with concerns about public health, drug abuse, and the impact on the traditional pot dealer. As the debate continues, it will be interesting to see how the industry evolves and how it impacts society as a whole.
