Ohio Resubmits Proposal to Legalize Recreational Marijuana

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Ohio's Secretary of State has resubmitted a proposal to legalize recreational marijuana. After a legal skirmish over the language in the original proposal, the new version has been approved by the Ohio Ballot Board. The proposal must now collect enough signatures to be put on the ballot in November.
