A chain of unlicensed cannabis stores in the Finger Lakes region is being investigated after being accused of selling to underage customers. The Finger Lakes Cannabis Company, however, is setting a positive example with its grand opening event that features a showcase of more than 135 legal cannabis products from New York state marijuana growers. The Finger Lakes Cannabis Growers Showcase, located at the Finger Lakes Cannabis Company on Railroad Street in Victor, offers a wide variety of cannabis products sourced from nearly 20 local farmers.
Live music, Cousins Maine Lobster truck, and, of course, cannabis products will be available when Finger Lakes Cannabis Co. opens next week. This event is not only about showcasing cannabis products but also about supporting local businesses and artists. Food from Cousins Maine Lobster will be available from 11am-7pm, and there will be live music by Adrianna, an indie/folk/americana singer-songwriter, from 4-7pm. Adrianna Noone, born and raised in the Finger Lakes region, will provide the perfect soundtrack for the event.
Ian Boni, owner of Twisted Rail Brewing Co., has expanded into the cannabis market with the opening of Twisted Cannabis FLX in Geneva. This move further demonstrates the growing interest in cannabis-related businesses in the Finger Lakes region. The Finger Lakes Cannabis Company is at the forefront of this trend, offering a wide range of cannabis products while supporting local growers and farmers.
